The structural glue that I know should be used in reinforcement engineering generally, the adhesive used in load-bearing structure should be classified into class A and class B according to the basic performance, important structure, cantilever member, structure and component under dynamic action, and grade A glue should be used, and grade A or grade B glue should be used in general structure. A lot of reinforcement companies use the structure glue that oneself matchs, the composition is very much the same, basically be modified epoxy resin adhesive.

 

 

The difference between AB structure adhesive and dry hanging adhesive:

 

 

Structural adhesive refers to high strength (>65MPa of compression strength, >30MPa of steel-steel normal tensile bond strength, >18MPa of shear strength), able to withstand large load, and aging resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, stable performance within expected life, suitable for adhesion of structural parts subject to strong strength. So one - component or two - component or multi - component glue, meeting the above criteria, can be called structural glue.

 

 

At present, acrylic modified epoxy or epoxy adhesive is commonly used in AB structure adhesive. A component is acrylic modified epoxy or epoxy resin, or contains catalyst and other additives; B component is modified amine or other hardener, or contains catalyst and other auxiliaries. When using, mix A and B in proportion. The catalyst can control the curing time, and other auxiliaries can control the properties (such as viscosity, steel, flexibility, adhesion, etc.). In brief, the main components of AB structure adhesive are mainly composed of epoxy resin and curing agent.

 

 

"Dry hang" it is to point to stone material base to use steel skeleton commonly, the construction method that USES stainless steel pendant to connect steel skeleton and stone material again. The stainless steel pendant fastens the base and upper part of the stone and seals the joint with structural glue.

 

 

So, apply to dry hang construction of structural glue, namely dry hang glue.

 

 

Generally dry hang glue is AB structure glue, but because auxiliary agent has difference, AB structure glue is not necessarily dry hang glue.
